1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and a8jl ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the a8jl website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our gaming services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Use of the a8jl Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements designed to comply with applicable gaming regulations and promote responsible gaming practices:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the Platform. a8jl strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals who are legally incapacitated or restricted from entering contracts may not use the Platform.
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law are strictly forbidden from accessing or using the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion Status: If you have previously self-excluded from a8jl or any other gaming platform, you are prohibited from creating a new account until the self-exclusion period has expired.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Any false representation regarding your eligibility may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on the a8jl Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You may only maintain one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and confiscation of any funds or winnings.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate personal information during registration, including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify a8jl of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.4 Account Verification

a8jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

a8jl accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from major Philippine banks, and other payment options as displayed on the Platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly upon receipt of funds. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the policies of third-party payment providers. a8jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the a8jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate, and you may be subject to currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider or financial institution.

4.4 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your a8jl account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal or criminal activity. a8jl reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and may request supporting documentation demonstrating the legitimacy of deposited funds.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of funds from your account balance at any time, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received and subject to verification and security checks.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

a8jl endeavors to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are generally completed within twenty-four (24) hours, subject to the receiving bank's processing times. Processing times are estimates and not guarantees.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the Platform. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply and vary based on your account status and verification level. VIP members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

5.4 Verification Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal, a8jl reserves the right to request identity verification, proof of address, payment method verification, and other documentation deemed necessary to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals will not be processed until all verification requirements are satisfied.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

Certain bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. You must fulfill all applicable wagering requirements before funds derived from bonuses become eligible for withdrawal. Details of wagering requirements are provided in the specific terms of each bonus or promotion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

a8jl may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are provided at the time of offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any abuse or exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, bonus hunting, or collusion, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

a8jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one bonus per player, household, or IP address may be claimed unless otherwise specified.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All players must engage in fair and honest gaming conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities or game malfunctions
• Chip dumping, bonus abuse, or any form of fraudulent activity
• Money laundering or using the Platform for illegal purposes
• Offensive, abusive, or harassing behavior toward other players or staff

7.2 Game Results

All games on the a8jl Platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by RNG and cannot be influenced by the operator or any third party. In the event of a malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void, and affected wagers will be refunded.

7.3 Betting Limits

Each game is subject to minimum and maximum betting limits as displayed within the game interface. a8jl reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time and to impose special betting limits on individual accounts based on gaming history and risk assessment.

8. Responsible Gaming

a8jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide various tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending
• Loss Limits: Establish loss limits to restrict total losses within specified periods

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on the a8jl Platform are the exclusive property of a8jl or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from a8jl. Unauthorized use of the Platform's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a8jl, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

In no event shall a8jl's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

a8jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Engaging in prohibited conduct

Upon account closure, any remaining balance derived from legitimate gaming activity will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to a8jl. Funds derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact a8jl customer support to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines.

13. Amendments to Terms

a8jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to stay informed of any updates.

14. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and a8jl regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The failure of a8jl to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
